PVC Stabilizer M/s. Uni Arab Engineering & Oil Field Services, (Uni Arab) U.A.E. wanted to put up a PVC heat stabilizer plant in Sharjah, UAE based upon the Lead and other mix metals. Uni Arab placed an order with LCS to provide them with the technical as well as financial details in the form of a project report to check its viability, technology and to use it for the purpose of obtaining necessary permission from the authorities. LCS has submitted such comprehensive report providing the details of approximately 15 Nos. of various formulations of PVC heat stabilizers, their costs and profitability including project cost and environmental issues.
