LIBRA has supplied Know-how, Engineering, Plant Machinery with utilities for Hexamine plant on turnkey basis to Messrs. Saudi Formaldehyde Chemical Co. Ltd. (SFCCL), Saudi Arabia. The plant has commissioned in 1995. The plant is operating at full capacity, and the product quality is among the best internationally, SFCCL has become one to the world's major exporter of Hexamine and was licensed by LIBRA to increase the capacity to 5,000 MTPA within a year of commissioning.

LIBRA also supplied Technical know-how, Design and Engineering of a 5,000 MTPA Paraformaldehyde plant to Messars. Saudi Formaldehyde Chemical Co. Ltd. (SFCCL). The project was completed by 1998. Messrs. Larsen and Toubro provided Engineering Services to LIBRA for execution of this project. SFCCL is expanding capacity of Paraformaldehyde by debottlenecking in the year 2000.

LIBRA supplied know-how, Engineering, Plant and Machinery for a 25 MTPD Methanolic/Butanolic Formaldehyde Solution unit to Messrs. Saudi Formaldehyde Chemical Co. Ltd. (SFCCL) on turnkey basis, in early 2000.

LIBRA has supplied Process Licensing, Know-how & Basic Engineering for 20,000 MTPA Paraformaldehyde plant to Messrs. NantongJiangtian Chemical Co. Ltd., China, through Messrs. Eurotecnica Contractors and Engineers S.p.A Milano, Italy.

LIBRA has supplied Technical AUdit of the Vendors offers and suitability for the project including general technical advise on project concept for 3.0 million sheets per year decorative laminates plus laminated board 1.0 million sheets for Modern Decor & Wood Product Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Saudi Arabia.

LIBRA has supplied Process Licensing, Know-how & Basic Engineering for 50 MTPD Formaldehyde Plant to Tavouni-1621, Iran through Laxmi Organic Ltd., Mumbai, India.

LIBRA has supplied Process Licensing, Know-how, Basic Engineering & Detail engineering for 15,500 MTPA Chlorinated Paraffin Wax Plant to International Industrial Chemical Park, Egypt.

LIBRA has signed and agreement with Messrs. Saudi Formaldehyde Chemical Co. Ltd., (SFCCL), Saudi Arabia for supply of Technical know How, Design, Engineering, supply of Equipment and Machinery for 12000 MTPA Acetaldehyde Plant which is presently under execution.

LIBRA is also providing advisory services and conducting feasibility studies for a few international clients to set up plants in third world countries.
